Jayson is a lifelong resident of New Kent County, has a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Grew up around the Real Estate business. His late father, Jay Hubbard, was a real estate broker in New Kent County for several decades.

Jayson is experienced in residential real estate investments and construction.

Has worked for years for the Virginia State Corporation Commission as a senior financial analyst.

Jayson’s professional experience, knowledge of the regional community, outgoing manner, expertise with technology, and sincere interest in providing exceptional client service make him well suited to work with buyers and sellers of real estate.

Jayson resides with his wife, Rachel, and three children, in the Brickshire community of New Kent County.
